Who are we ?

HAJJ SHOES is a French-Morrocan brand that was created in 2017. It belongs to the 10 A CONSULTING company which headquarters are located in Paris. For more information, please go to the section “Hajjshoes”.

ORDERING FROM US

How can I place an order on www.hajj-shoes.com ?

  1. Click on “Espahajj” and select the collection that interests you
  2. Click on the model that you like
  3. Once you are on a product page, first select your size and then click on “Add to cart”. Add as many products as you want to your shopping basket.
  4. When you have finished shopping, click on your shopping basket and the select to pay via Credit Card
  5. Fill in your personal data (email address and shipping address), and then follow the instructions
  6. This will complete the ordering process. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

How can I pay ?

You can pay with the followings debit/credit cards - VISA / CARTE BLEUE / MASTER CARD / AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept any other payment method.

Is online payment secured ?

When you place an order on www.hajj-shoes.com, we guarantee you a fully secured environment. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to encrypt your data and transfer them to our bank partner. Your bank details are never kept in memory.

THE DELIVERY

Which country do you ship to ?

We ship to all countries in the world.

How much are the shipping rates ?

We ship free of charge anywhere in the world and we work with the following carriers:

  • Metropolitan France: Colissimo everywhere, and also delivery boy in Paris (75 only)
  • Foreign countries: Colissimo International, DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS

Please be aware that if the country of delivery is not part of the European Union, customs duties will apply. HAJJ SHOES has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order.

How long will my delivery take place ?

Orders are processed with 48 hours maximum. The delivery times are the followings:

DELIVERY BOY IN PARIS - if the order is placed before 11AM, the delivery will be the same day between 2.30 PM and 6:00 PM, otherwise it will be the day after between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM

METROPOLITAN FRANCE - D+2 to D+3 working days from the shipping day

FOREIGN COUNTRIES - D+5 for Europe / D+10 to D+15 for the rest of the World from the shipping day.

Delivery times are communicated for informational purpose only, they depend on the availability of carriers, arrival of the orders and available stocks.

HAJJ SHOES strives to meet the delivery terms, which are indicated at the acceptance of the order, except in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, such as strikes, frost, fire, storm, flood, without this list is being limiting.

A delay in delivery cannot under any circumstances justify cancellation of the order, nor can it give rise to penalties or compensation of any kind.

How to track my order ?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail indicating you with your tracking number, and you will then be able to track your order.

I have not received my order... What can I do ?

If you are not home when the carrier tries to deliver the parcel, you will get a “delivery notice” in your mailbox. This notice will tell you when the carrier will try to deliver the parcel again or in which office the parcel is available.

Sometimes, it happens that the carrier doesn’t let any delivery notice. This is why we advise you to check regularly the status of your shipment using your tracking number. If you can't find your tracking number, you can send us a request at contact@hajj-shoes.com.
